Prague Airport Transfers and Transport
The main Airport in Prague is called Prague-Ruzyne Airport – it is the largest Airport in the Czech Republic and the main gateway for flights in and out of the country. The Airport is located in district 6 approximately 10 KM northwest of the city centre. There are two terminals in the airport, the North terminal deals with international chartered and scheduled flights and the South terminal deals with domestic flights and private planes. Bus
The large capacity bus no. 119 runs to and from the airport from the Dejvická metro end station (line A) in Prague 6. The journey takes about 20minutes and buses depart ebery 7-8 minutes during rush hour. Further information is available from the Prague Integrated Transport website.
Low-access bus no.100, runs to and from the airport from the Zli?ín metro end station (line B) in Prague 5. It operates every 15 minutes during rush hour and every 30minutes outside of rush hour.
Taxi
Taxis are available at the airport to take passengers from the Airport to Prague, the rest of the Czech Republic or even to other parts of Europe! Fares will vary from 120 to 870 CZK within Prague depending which zone you are going to.
Shuttle Bus
There is a shuttle service which operates from the Airport into the city centre very half hour, from 5.30am until 9.30pm. Fares vary from 60CZK to 90CZK per person depending on your destination. Children are free when accompanied by an adult.
